The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers and contacts (name and email contact);
- Video footage/audio recordings of live events (such as music or dance/drama productions).
How we collect personal information and why we have it
Subject to your consent, we may collect, store and use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To answer/respond to your enquiries and communicate with you over the range and type of services we provide;
- To fulfil orders for the services we provide;
- To process and share with you audiovisual content (i.e. video footage/audio recordings of a live event/production), that relates to you or your child/children.
Your consent
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for collecting and processing your personal information is ‘legitimate interest’ in relation to sharing with you directly digital media content that relates to you and/or your child/children.
How we store your personal information and how long do we keep your information for
Your information is securely stored. We will not keep your personal information for longer than it is necessary. We will not share your personal information with anyone else. We will only retain information for as long as needed and until the processing of all orders for each event or production we film or record has been completed. Video footage/audio recordings will be stored securely on our Google drive, subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, for a maximum of 3 months period. After this period the file(s) will be deleted. Your personal email address will be deleted from our Google drive as soon as you have downloaded the digital files you have been granted access rights to.
Use of cookies on our site
A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. Every visitor to our site will see a notification that the information about their site visit is collected in the form of cookies. We use cookies to track visits to our site, with the aim of constantly improving our site services.
